Q: I don't have locs, can I still use your products?

A: Absolutely! Our products are loose natural friendly as well! 

 

Refund Policy

Q: Are refunds or exchanges offered?

A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. Under the condition that we have not processed your order, we are able to issue you a refund. If there is any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Neternaturals@gmail.com so we can assist you. We will get back to you within 24 hours. 

By purchasing products, the consumer agrees that Neter Naturals is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur. All ingredients are listed on the label. It is always recommended to test an area of skin prior to product use. Speak with your physician before use if you have diagnosed skin or scalp conditions. 

 

Shipping Policy

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: It depends on the shipping chosen at checkout. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of your purchase. 

Q: I never received my package, where is it?
